Responsibilities & Charters:
- General Secretary (GSEC): Oversees overall Council operations, manages meetings (including GBMs), policy setting, and student representation.
- Sports Councillor (Sports Co): Coordinates Hostel Sports GC representation, organizes intra-hostel sports events and culture, and manages sports equipment inventory and gym maintenance.
- Cultural Councillor (Cult Co): Handles Hostel Cult GC representation, organizes intra-hostel cultural events and competitions, manages music room inventory, and coordinates festival celebrations in the hostel.
- Maintenance Councillor (Maint Co): Oversees upkeep of hostel facilities (e.g., electricity, Estate, lifts), manages cleaning maintenance in and around the hostel, and handles facility reports.
- Mess Councillor (Mess Co): Oversees mess operations, curates the weekly menu, handles hygiene audits, coordinates with vendors, and organizes special events like Specials and Gala.
- Technical Councillor (Tech Co): Handles Tech GC representation, organizes intra-hostel tech competitions, and manages technical inventory.
- System Administrator: Manages Hostel LAN and WiFi maintenance, oversees biometric student registration, and maintains the Hostel TV system.
